Damon began his contracting career working for another home improvement company almost 25 years ago. There, he learned valuable skills about building and construction.
More importantly, Damon identified the customer service qualities that he has practiced for more than 15 years in his current business. He saw customers who valued honesty, integrity, fair prices and, above all else, workmanship guarantees – all things he enthusiastically offers his clients.
Damon is a highly motivated individual with a strong passion for delivering high quality work on every single project. He loves his work and is deeply gratified by the happiness and joy he brings to home owners.
